When a line is down or an install is Monday, rush is +50% and the ready day shows before you pay.
Small batches, $25 minimum
Five parts get the same price logic as five hundred. Every quantity is priced up front.
One sample before the batch
Order a single part first to check fit and finish. Its full price comes off the batch within 60 days.
Reorder from your receipt
We keep your files with each order. The receipt and delivery email carry a reorder link: same file, a new quantity, today's price.
26 part templates
Mounting plates, flanges, washers, straps and sign blanks, sized in the browser when nobody has time to draw one.
A person on the other end
Send a job through the order form, or a question to chaz@fshlabs.com. Chaz Woodall reads it and replies, not a ticket queue.
Marking in the same shop
Serial numbers, asset tags and logos engraved or fiber-marked on your parts and equipment, quoted by a person within 24 hours.
Your PO, or an invoice
Add your PO number at checkout and it prints on the receipt. A quoted order can go to your accounts team as an invoice, by card or ACH, due on receipt.
Tax-exempt on file
Send your exemption certificate once and orders under your email are billed without sales tax. Send a certificate
W-9 for vendor setup
Email chaz@fshlabs.com and we send our W-9 so purchasing can set us up.
What we don't do
We don't cut metal; we mark it with a fiber laser. Laser parts stop at 23.2 x 11.6 in, and we don't 3D print. If a job needs something we can't do, we'll say so plainly rather than take it.
