Below about $32.21 of parts, their shipping fills the gap. Ours has a $25 minimum and no shipping when you pick up.
It needs engraving
Logos, labels and numbers engraved into acrylic, birch or Delrin, which their finishing options don't cover.
You want to hold the first one
Pick up the first article, check the fit, and order the rest the same week.
You want a person
Anything our quote flags gets a human look before it's cut, and you hear from the person who runs the laser.
It needs a metal tag too
Fiber laser marking on stainless, aluminum and brass happens in the same shop, so the acrylic panel and its metal ID plate are picked up together.
When they're the better pick
Use SendCutSend for these.
- Any metal part. They cut aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, copper and titanium; we don't cut metal at all.
- Big parts. Their acrylic and wood parts can be 44 x 30 in; ours stop at 23.2 x 11.6 in.
- Router and waterjet plastics: HDPE, UHMW, ABS, polycarbonate, G-10 and carbon fiber. We won't put these on a laser.
- Gaskets, rubber and foam, and thin films like Mylar, which we don't stock.
