Planning a batch of a custom part? Check one in your hand first. The sample's full price comes off the batch, so trying it costs nothing if you go ahead. Works for laser cut parts from your own file.

03Get it back
When the sample is paid you get a code for its full price, good on the batch for 60 days. Happy with fit and finish? Order the batch and enter the code.
The credit is one use, on an order of at least 3x the sample price.
Laser cutting: what sets the price
01Size
The rectangle your part fits in. Bigger parts use more sheet.
02Cut length
Every inch the laser travels while cutting, outline and holes together.
03Pierces
Each separate cut the laser has to start. Twenty small holes cost more than one big one.
04Material
Thicker and tougher stock costs more and cuts slower. Thick acrylic and Delrin cost the most, birch the least.
05Quantity
The price per part drops as quantity rises, steepest from 1 to 10 pieces.

$25 order minimum
For laser cutting, an order that comes to less is topped up to $25. The quote shows the top-up as its own line before you pay. Work we quote by hand, such as engraving your own items, has the same $25 minimum before shipping. Personalized items from the shop have no minimum.
